Following is the process:
- You are supposed to download the unofficial Windows 11 MCT (media creation tool) zip file from GitHub. This tool is relatively safe. It prepares your system for the latest window installation for either the purpose of upgrading your pc or ensures a secure installation process. The most incredible thing is that it's free to use.
- Secondly, Extract the zip and run MediaCreationTool.bat. If Windows marks it as dangerous, don't worry. Just click Run anyway to continue. Just stay consistent and continue with the process ignoring what the computer says.
Thirdly, Choose windows 11 as the MCT version once the program opens.
- Next, Select Create USB if you want to create a Windows 11 operable USB so that through this, you can install it on another pc, or select Create ISO if you are willing to install it on a virtual machine.
- If prompted, click on Yes to permit Windows PowerShell to release the media creation utility. It will open up, and you'll see it titled "Windows 10 Setup". Just forget about that! You'll be developing a Windows 11 media, so that's important to remember.
- Then, in the media creation tool, choose the media, i.e., ISO or USB. Next, select the appropriate options for media based on your choice. Go for the possibility of file location in case you have chosen ISO or select drive letter in case you have opted for USB.
- Click next to create an installation media once the tool starts downloading windows 11. Once again, ignore what it says. You will see windows ten starting to downloaded but will end up with windows 11, so no worries.
- Lastly, the installation process is completed and created effectively; now, you should be able to install windows 11 without having TPM on your computer, and that's how easy and safe it is.
An alternate method for windows 11 preview builds:
It's just an alternate method that might not work with upcoming builds which are successfully able to bypass the TPM check using the steps mentioned above
If your system is currently running on windows ten and doesn't meet the guidelines for upgrading it to windows 11, then the good news is that you can upgrade it still just with a bit of twist. Want to know? Head over to the instructions below
- Firstly, download the windows 11 iso file
- Next, create a windows 11 bootable USB using the MCT .during it's working, restart your computer and boot it from the USB you just created
- Enter the BIOS using the BIOS key during the restarting process, which mainly depends on your system model or brand. In BIOS, select boot from the USB option available and save and exit to begin the boot process from your windows 11 bootable USB flash drive.
- The last step is to modify the Windows registry. In this step, once you boot from USB, you will have to perform few functions after you receive a message saying your system can't run Windows 11. Just go back and open the command prompt window and follow the steps.
